SurveyCrest's services are bundled in convenient packages. Customers will be charged monthly with the frequency of Monthly, 6 Month or 12 Months (Annual) depending on the frequency Customer has chosen.
For example:
Billing Frequency (Monthly) - Customer will be billed monthly.
Billing Frequency (6 Months) - Customer will be charged a lump sum of 6 months. This will occur every 6 months.
Billing Frequency (12 Months) - Customer will be charged a lump sum of 12 months. This will occur every 12 months.
To track and view all your payments with SurveyCrest, simply go to “Billing Details”. The page will show you complete details of amounts owed, payments made and any overdue amount etc.
You may cancel your subscription anytime you like as we do not impose restrictions based on contract period or duration. All you need to do is go into My Account > Billing Details and cancel your subscription.
Alternatively, contact us via phone (855-752-5503) or email (support@surveycrest.com) to initiate the process. Once we receive your cancellation notice, your account will cease to operate immediately.
All our payments are processed via secure socket layer (SSL) on 256bit encryption so there is no chance of hacking or information leaks.
Moreover, we do not store your credit card details or personal information that would compromise security.
Your account is activated as soon as you sign up if you’re using a free plan.
In case of a paid subscription, your account is activated right away after sign up but certain services will only be available after you make the payment.
