Almost every business and every person has become a social media addict. According to Statista, there are around 2.34 billion social media users worldwide, out of which 1.87 billion are active Facebook users. Furthermore, Forbes reported that more than 60 million businesses have a Facebook Page. Keeping these facts into account, it comes as no surprise to us that you want to link your Facebook presence with your SurveyCrest account.

Linking your account to Facebook, sure has its advantages, that is, if you stop committing certain deadly social media sins. Firstly, you will be able to Login to your SurveyCrest account directly if your Facebook is open; without going through the actual Login process of adding the ID and Password, etc.  Also, after you create your survey or poll, you can publish it on Facebook to target a wider demographic, with ease. On a side not, the actual fun starts once you install our Facebook Application on your page; which will enable you to access various other options. But for now, let’s check out how to link your SurveyCrest account to your Facebook account.

(Before starting, be sure to go to the SurveyCrest site and ‘Sign-in’ first)

Step#1: Open ‘My Account’

Click on the ‘My Account’ tab present at the top right corner of the homepage, to get to the next step.

Step#2: Choose Facebook Connect

Once you are directed to the ‘My Account’ page, make sure that you’re in the ‘Profile’ section. There you’ll see two green buttons (Facebook Connect and Google Connect), on the left side of the page. Click on ‘Facebook Connect’ to launch the process.

Step#3: Login To Facebook

The ‘Facebook Connect’ button will direct you to Facebook. You’ll then have to Login, that is, if you’re not already signed in to your Facebook account.

Step#4: Give Permission To Obtain Data

On signing in, you’ll see a message from SurveyCrest, asking your approval to access your personal information and data, which is stored in your Facebook account. Click ‘Okay’ to complete the process.

Three steps and a few moments later, your SurveyCrest account has successfully been linked to Facebook, now wasn’t that simple? But just to be sure, see if your ‘Facebook Connect’ button has been replaced by a new ‘Remove Facebook Account’ button, in ‘My Account’. (see Step#1)

Next time you want to Sign-in to SurveyCrest, just Login with Facebook to minimize the hassle…

Although we’ve simplified this, yet if you still have any lingering doubts or queries, then don’t be shy… Just address your question in the comments section or check out our FAQs page.
